Diagnostic anti-Pseudorabies (Aujeszky) SuHV-1 antibodies pairs for animal health (animal infectious disease) testing in ELISA, Lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) and other immunoassays
Catalog Number: GMP-AD-Pig-3Ab
Definition of the disease: PRRS was first recognized in the United States in 1987, and the causative virus was identified in the Netherlands in 1991.
Genemedi produces core animal health diagnostic ingredients-validated antibodies pairs Mouse anti-Pseudorabies (Aujeszky) SuHV-1 monoclonal antibodies and antigens for rapid test kit of animal infectious disease with Pseudorabies (Aujeszky) SuHV-1 to evaluate the animal health of Pig.
The paired antibodies are both monoclonal antibody(mab).
All the antibodies and antiges of animal disease test are suitable for in functional ELISA, and other immunoassays in dignostics. The antibody can act as a capture antibody and detection antibody. Antigens are validated as positive control materials.
Delivery impact due to the Coronavirus Outbreak
With the COVID-19 outbreak in the world, many flights have been cancelled. In order for the customer to receive the goods properly, we use the FedEx Customized Freight (FCF) of Fedex which demands a higher fee. If the delivery fee is more expensive in your area, we will contact you by mail.

|Antigen description||Pseudorabies virus (PRV), also called Aujeszky disease virus or suid herpesvirus type 1, is a member of the Alphaherpesvirinae subfamily within the family Herpesviridae. This pathogen has major economic consequences in pig husbandry (1C3). The PRV genome is a double-stranded linear DNA molecule 143 kb long and contains at least 72 genes (1,4). PRV can infect many kinds of mammals, including ruminants, carnivores, and rodents (2,3,5). However, pigs have been confirmed to be the primary hosts and reservoir of this virus (6C8). PRV infection is characterized by nervous system disorders and death in newborn piglets, respiratory disorders in older pigs, and reproductive failure in sows (7,8). Like other herpesviruses, PRV infection can be a lifelong latent infection in the peripheral nervous systems of infected pigs, and these latently infected pigs can infect others under certain conditions (7C9). In this way, PRV causes devastating disease in pigs and economic losses worldwide.|
