You can produce AAV-Retro (Retrograde) particle in 293T cell line in high titer using GeneMedi's AAV-Retro (Retrograde) Rep-Cap plasmid with GM's AAV expression vector (overexpression or shRNA) and AAV helper plasmid.

The tissue tropism of AAV2-Retro (Retrograde) vector has been validated in robust retrograde transport in the brain.The AAV2-Retro is a powerful tool for neuron signal tracing in the brain and in CNS instead of infective pseudorabies virus (PRV) or Canine adenovirus (CAV).
