lentivirus vector for Overexpression: pADV-TRE3GS-promoter/Null reporter - Introduction

GeneMedi's lentivirus TRE3GS expression vector is inserted with the inducible TRE3GS promoter. It consists of seven repeats of a 19-bp tet operator sequence located upstream of a minimal promoter. You can contact Genemedi for your unique reporter including GFP, zsgreen, RFP, mcherry or luciferase.

The inducible TRE3GS promoter provides for very low basal expression and high maximal expression after induction. PTRE3GS is a version of the TRE3G promoter (PTRE3G) that was modified for higher performance in a single vector context. In the presence of Dox, Tet-On 3G binds specifically to PTRE3GS and activates transcription of the downstream GOI. PTRE3GS lacks binding sites for endogenous mammalian transcription factors, so it is virtually silent in the absence of induction.

You can easily produce a recombinant lentivirus particle in HEK293T or HEK293FT cell line in high titer using GeneMedi's lentivirus?Vector System, including the lentivirus expression plasmids (overexpression, shRNA or Crispr-cas9-gRNA), the envelope protein VSV-G expressing plasmid pMD2G and the packaging plasmid pSPAX2.
