GeneMedi's AAV hU6-shRNA vector is inserted with a promoters for human U6 to drive shRNA expression and RNA interference (RNAi). You can contact Genemedi for your unique reporter including GFP, zsgreen, RFP, mcherry or luciferase.

The U6 promoter is a strong protomer driven shRNA broad expression in most tissues. You should choose tissue-specific AAV tropism (serotypes-specific by AAV rep-Cap plamid) if you want to achieve tissue-specific RNAi in vivo. For more rigorous tissue-specific gene delivery purpose, you can also use Mir30 structure for RNAi instead of shRNA driven by U6 promoter.

You can produce AAV paticle in 293T cell line in high titer using GeneMedi's AAV expression vector (overexpression, shRNA or Crispr-cas9-gRNA) with GeneMedi's serotypes-specific AAV Rep-Cap plasmids and AAV helper plasmid thyroxine binding globulin (TBG) promoter.
