It's the GeneMedi's summary page for Target/Biomarker Introduction of WNT10A. The page also collects GeneMedi's different modalities and formats products for WNT10A in therapeutics/drug discovery and IVD diagnostics, which is including antibody, ADC, bispecific, antigen, ORF vector, VLP, etc. With GeneMedi's target-insight database-GM ITD database, the WNT10A target is also connected to human indications/diseases/conditions/MOA.

Target sublocation: Secreted Protein/Potential Cytokines.

The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes which encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. It is strongly expressed in the cell lines of promyelocytic leukemia and Burkitt's lymphoma. In addition, it and another family member, the WNT6 gene, are strongly coexpressed in colorectal cancer cell lines. The gene overexpression may play key roles in carcinogenesis through activation of the WNT-beta-catenin-TCF signaling pathway. This gene and the WNT6 gene are clustered in the chromosome 2q35 region. Cytokine Products for cell curture, in vitro study, in vivo study, benchmark, drug discovery & MOA research and positive control for the diagnosis

Genemedi produces human, Cynomolgus/ Rhesus macaque, rat, mouse wingless-type MMTV integration site family, member 10A (WNT10A) His+Avi (Biotinylated) for cell curture, in vitro study, in vivo study, benchmark, drug discovery & MOA research and positive control for the diagnosis.

Similar to other members of the WNT family, the WNT10A gene encodes a protein involved in the canonical Wnt/beta-catenin signalling pathway. The WNT10A protein plays a key role during fetal growth and is involved in the development of the ectoderm. Hence it affects the growth of the tissues that arise from the ectoderm, in particular the teeth, hair follicles, skin and sebaceous glands.
