SERPINA7: Target/Biomarker Introduction, products summarized (antibody/ADC/bispecific/antigen/ORF vector/VLP) and disease/indication/condition/MOA for drug discovery and IVD
It's the GeneMedi's summary page for Target/Biomarker Introduction of SERPINA7. The page also collects GeneMedi's different modalities and formats products for SERPINA7 in therapeutics/drug discovery and IVD diagnostics, which is including antibody, ADC, bispecific, antigen, ORF vector, VLP, etc. With GeneMedi's target-insight database-GM ITD database, the SERPINA7 target is also connected to human indications/diseases/conditions/MOA.
Target sublocation: Secreted Protein/Potential Cytokines.
There are three proteins including thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG), transthyretin and albumin responsible for carrying the thyroid hormones thyroxine (T4) and 3,5,3'-triiodothyronine (T3) in the bloodstream. This gene encodes the major thyroid hormone transport protein, TBG, in serum. It belongs to the serpin family in genomics, but the protein has no inhibitory function like many other members of the serpin family. Mutations in this gene result in TGB deficiency, which has been classified as partial deficiency, complete deficiency, and excess, based on the level of serum TBG. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found, but the full-length nature of these variants has not been determined.[provided by RefSeq, Jun 2012]

Pre-made anti-SERPINA7 inhibitory monoclonal antibody(mab, blocking antibody inhibitor)-benchmark antibody for drug discovery and mechanism of action (MOA) research
Pre-made anti-SERPINA7 benchmark inhibitory monoclonal antibody(mab, blocking antibody inhibitor) is expressed by mammalian cell line as a benchmark antibody for cell culture, ELISA or other affinity binding assay or functional assay development, animal model development, PK/PD model development (Pharmacokinetics & Pharmacodynamic). The anti-SERPINA7 mab is expressed and produced by mammalian cell line as a benchmark reference therapeutic antibody for biological drug discovery items including cell culture, assay development, animal model development, PK/PD model development (Pharmacokinetics & Pharmacodynamic) and mechanism of action (MOA) research.
