SOLIDEX®-ISOEx Streptavidin Nanobeads (Column-free) are part of GeneMedi's Universal Nanobeads family, designed for rapid and flexible cell isolation without the need for columns. These uniform, superparamagnetic nanoparticles are densely coated with high-activity recombinant streptavidin, enabling them to bind any biotinylated antibody or ligand with exceptional affinity and specificity. Simply incubate your cells with a biotinylated antibody of choice, followed by these nanobeads, and separate the labeled cells using a standard magnetic Sorter (e.g., SOLIDEX®-ISOEx Magnetic Sorter). The column-free workflow significantly reduces hands-on time and preserves cell viability, making it ideal for both routine and sensitive downstream applications.
