What Are Micro-Immunomagnetic Beads?

Micro-Immunomagnetic Beads are the essential solid-phase carriers for modern In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), Chemiluminescent Immunoassay (CLIA), and high-throughput molecular diagnostics. Our micro-scale magnetic beads feature excellent superparamagnetism, ultra-low nonspecific binding, and a highly uniform size distribution. Whether it is the high-affinity non-covalently bound streptavidin magnetic beads, the covalently coupled carboxylic acid magnetic beads, or the anti-biotin magnetic beads that are unaffected by external free biotin, they enable the rapid and precise capture of target antigens, antibodies, or nucleic acids on automated platforms, assuring reproducibility and quality of results.

· By Surface Chemistry:
 - Streptavidin: Can provide an ideal platform for isolation and handling of biotinylated molecules and targets (e.g., antibodies, proteins, oligonucleotides).
 - Carboxylic Acid: Features a hydrophilic bead surface with abundant -COOH groups for stable covalent coupling of custom peptides or antibodies.
 - Anti-Biotin: Provides milder elution conditions compared to streptavidin, ideal for applications requiring the preservation of the target molecule's native conformation. Notably, this product excels in complex sample matrices; its specific binding is unaffected by free biotin in the external environment (such as endogenous free biotin present in cell culture media or serum), ensuring high target recovery rates in real-world samples.
