Flow Cytometry Diagnostic Antibodies

What are Flow Cytometry Diagnostic Antibodies?

Flow cytometry is a fluorescence-based detection technology that simultaneously measures multiple characteristics of individual cells suspended in a fluid stream, such as cell population counting, protein abundance, or cell cycle status. Flow cytometry diagnostic antibodies refer to fluorescently labeled antibodies specifically designed for flow cytometry applications. These antibodies bind with high specificity to target proteins (antigens) on the cell surface or intracellularly, generating fluorescent signals that enable the analysis of cellular properties, functions, or states. This facilitates disease diagnosis, cell classification, and biomarker detection. In clinical diagnostics, these antibodies are routinely used for analyzing patient samples such as blood, tissues, or body fluids to identify abnormal cell populations, supporting precise diagnosis of tumors, immunodeficiencies, or infectious diseases.

GeneMedi has launched the SOLIDEX™ - CDEx Flow Cytometry Antibodies (PE/APC/FITC/Biotin) series, a product line specifically engineered for flow cytometry (FC). These fluorescently conjugated, highly specific monoclonal antibodies enable multi-parameter detection of cell surface markers. The SOLIDEX™ - CDEx Flow Cytometry Antibodies are widely applied in immunology research, tumor diagnostics, and infectious disease monitoring. The series covers a broad range of cellular markers, with each antibody available in four conjugation formats (PE, APC, FITC, Biotin) to support multicolor panel design and flexible experimental configurations.

Applications of Flow Cytometry Diagnostic Antibodies

The SOLIDEX™ - CDEx Flow Cytometry Antibodies (PE/APC/FITC/Biotin) focus on immunophenotyping of immune cell subsets and provide the following antibody products targeting key markers: CD66b, CD34, NCAM1 (CD56), CD14, CD19, CD3E, CD4, CD8, TCR, CD138, CD45RA, CD45, CD16, CD25. These antibodies are suitable for a wide range of clinical and research scenarios, ensuring accurate cell phenotyping and informed diagnostic decisions.
