PurProX® AAVPure AAV Affinity Resin
High-capacity AAV affinity resin for capture purification in process development, downstream processing and large-scale AAV manufacturing. The resin combines serotype-selective VHH affinity ligands with a mechanically stable polymer matrix to support efficient AAV capture, high flow performance and consistent recovery across development and production scales.
Two affinity options provide targeted serotype coverage. The broad-spectrum U1 resin supports AAV2, AAV5, AAV6, AAV8, AAV-DJ and AAV-7m8, while U2 is optimized for high-affinity AAV9 capture and related variants.
