PurProX™ AAVPure Affinity Resin
PurProX™ AAVPure Affinity Resin are high-performance affinity resins designed for the efficient purification of adeno-associated viruses (AAVs).
The U-1 variant offers broad-spectrum binding capabilities for multiple serotypes, including AAV2, AAV5, AAV6, AAV8, AAV-DJ, and AAV-7m8 (it exhibits weaker binding for AAV9). In contrast, the U-2 variant is specifically optimized for high specificity and high-affinity binding of AAV9 serotypes.
Both resins feature a high dynamic binding capacity, enabling robust, one-step purification directly from crude material to achieve high purity and yield, thereby streamlining the downstream process for gene therapy applications.
