SOLIDEX®-ISOEx AutoMag AM1 Automated Cell Separator (Cat No.:GMP-ISOEx-Mag-AM1)
The SOLIDEX®-ISOEx AutoMag AM1 Automated Cell Separator is a fully automated, high-throughput magnetic cell sorting system. Built as a modular benchtop instrument, it integrates sample handling, automated magnetic separation, and fraction collection into a single platform—dramatically reducing manual operation and experimental error, and delivering an efficient, reliable cell-separation solution for immunology, oncology, and cell-therapy research.
The SOLIDEX®-ISOEx AutoMag AM1 is a fully automated, high-throughput magnetic cell sorting instrument. After target or non-target cells are labeled with specific antibodies and magnetic beads, sample tubes are loaded into the instrument. The robotic arm automatically aspirates and dispenses the sample through the magnetic separation column positioned in a high-gradient magnetic field; magnetically labeled cells are retained in the column while unlabeled cells pass through. Washing and elution are performed automatically to recover a high-purity target fraction—directly bridging downstream experiments.
