You can produce AAV8-2m particle in 293T cell line in high titer using GeneMedi's AAV8-2m Rep-Cap plasmid with GM's AAV expression vector (overexpression or shRNA) and AAV helper plasmid.

The tissue tropism of AAV8 variant(Y733F,Y447F) vector has been validated in in Pancreas and retina,with potential applications in tissue-specific gene therapy and cancer therapy.
