Validation Data

Efficient Depletion of Human CD45RA⁺ Cells Using SOLIDEX®-ISOEx Human CD45RA⁺ Cell Depletion Nanobeads

To evaluate the depletion performance of SOLIDEX®-ISOEx Human CD45RA⁺ Cell Depletion Nanobeads (Column-based), a human leukapheresis-derived cell sample containing erythrocytes, granulocytes, and other leukocyte populations was used for magnetic cell depletion. Under the conditions tested, these results demonstrate that SOLIDEX®-ISOEx Human CD45RA⁺ Cell Depletion Nanobeads effectively deplete CD45RA⁺ cells from the starting leukapheresis-derived cell sample, reducing the residual CD45RA⁺ population to 0.45% in the flow-through fraction. Compared with the M-company product, SOLIDEX®-ISOEx showed a lower residual CD45RA⁺ cell proportion (0.45% vs. 1.34%) and a higher calculated depletion level (2.12-log vs. 1.64-log) in this test.

Figure 1. The depletion performance of SOLIDEX®-ISOEx Human CD45RA⁺ Cell Depletion Nanobeads (Column-based) was evaluated using leukapheresis-derived cells. Flow cytometric analysis showed that CD45RA⁺ cells accounted for 59.1% of the pre-depletion population. Following SOLIDEX®-ISOEx magnetic column separation, the residual CD45RA⁺ cell proportion in the flow-through fraction decreased to 0.45%, corresponding to approximately 2.12-log depletion. Under the same test conditions, the M-company CD45RA beads resulted in 1.34% residual CD45RA⁺ cells, corresponding to approximately 1.64-log depletion.
