GeneMedi-press One Step qRT-PCR Kit (ROX1)

This product is a kit for fluorescent dye quantitative PCR detection using RNA as the template. The detection sensitivity can reach 0.1 pg of total RNA or target genes with less than 10 copies. Meanwhile, this kit is pre mixed with ROX1 reference dye, which is suitable for qPCR instruments that require ROX1 as a reference dye. When in use, simply add template RNA and primers to the prepared reaction system, and add water to the specified volume, which is very convenient to use.
