SOLIDEX™-ISOEx anti-Biotin Nanobeads (Column-Based) is a column-based anti-biotin nanobead for in vitro enrichment or depletion of cells labeled with biotinylated antibodies or ligands from fresh/frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), leukapheresis products, or single-cell suspensions.
This product seamlessly integrates with SOLIDEX™-ISOEx L Column: firstly, label cells with biotinylated primary antibodies or ligands, then add nanobeads for incubation; subsequently load the mixture suspension into the column, retain labeled cells under the magnetic field, wash to remove unlabeled cells; elute positive cells after removing the magnetic field. This method ensures minimal cell labeling, high recovery rate, suitable for immune cell sorting or removal of specific cell subsets, supporting downstream experiments such as T cell preparation or functional analysis.

In this experiment, biotinylated CD3 antibody was conjugated with SOLIDEX™-ISOEx Anti-Biotin Nanobeads (Column-Based), and the labeled human PBMCs were loaded into a magnetic separation column (SOLIDEX™-ISOEx L Column) for the enrichment of CD3+ T cells. Samples before and after separation were stained with APC-CD3 antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry. Results demonstrated that the purity of CD3+ T cells increased from 52.6% before separation to 95.0% after separation. This confirms that SOLIDEX™-ISOEx Anti-Biotin Nanobeads (Column-Based), in combination with the magnetic column system, provides high capture efficiency and superior purification performance, making it suitable for positive cell selection applications requiring extremely high purity.

Flow cytometry analysis showed a positive cell purity of 95.0%, demonstrating that this nanobead-column system achieves stable and reliable T cell sorting in high-throughput and high-purity scenarios.
