This product and the Column-Based version both utilize the same labeling principle: after labeling with biotinylated antibodies, add nanobeads; perform magnetic adsorption separation directly in a magnetic rack or separation system, omitting the operation steps of the sorting column, reducing operation time and potential cell loss. Its advantages lie in gentle processing, maintaining cell viability, similarly supporting downstream applications, and achieving high purity and economy through optimized nanobead design.

In this study, biotinylated CD3 antibody was conjugated with SOLIDEX™-ISOEx Anti-Biotin Nanobeads (Column-Free) and applied for the enrichment of CD3+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Samples before and after separation were stained with APC-labeled CD3 antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry. Results showed that the proportion of CD3+ T cells increased from 65.9% before separation to 98.6% after separation. These findings confirm that SOLIDEX™-ISOEx Anti-Biotin Nanobeads (Column-Free) exhibit high capture efficiency and excellent purification performance, making them suitable for high-purity positive cell selection.

Flow cytometry analysis revealed a positive cell purity of 98.6%, demonstrating that this nanobead system enables efficient and rapid T cell sorting under column-free conditions.
