You can produce AAV.CPP.16 particle in 293T cell line in high titer using GeneMedi's AAV.CPP.16 Rep-Cap plasmid with GM's AAV expression vector (overexpression or shRNA) and AAV helper plasmid.
The tissue tropism of AAV.CPP.16 vector has been explored with enhanced CNS penetration and high transduction efficiency, showing potential applications in advanced neurological gene therapy.
