AAV-NP40 Rep-Cap Plasmid (serotype AAV-NP40 - specific AAV RC-AAV-NP40 plasmids)(GeneMedi Owned)
GeneMedi's AAV-NP40 Rep-Cap plasmid supplies the AAV2 Rep (replication) proteins and the AAV-NP40 capsid protein.
You can produce AAV-NP40 particle in 293T cell line in high titer using GeneMedi's AAV-NP40 Rep-Cap plasmid with GM's AAV expression vector (overexpression or shRNA) and AAV helper plasmid.
The tissue tropism of AAV-NP40 vector has been validated predominantly in liver with high transduction efficiency, showing targeted potential applications in hepatic gene therapy.
GeneMedi offers both Ampicillin (Amp) resistance and Kanamycin (Kan) resistance for the AAV Rep-Cap Plasmids.
