U6 is a type III RNA polymerase III promoter commonly used for driving small hairpin RNA (shRNA) expression in vector-based RNAi.The CMV promoter is a strong protomer driven broad expression in most tissues.

You can easily produce a recombinant adenovirus (r-AdV) particle in HEK293 or HEK293A cell line in high titer using GeneMedi's adenovirus Vector System including the adenovirus expression plasmids (overexpression, shRNA or Crispr-cas9-gRNA) and the adenovirus genome backbone plasmid.
