The target: ™EM107, gene name: ™EM107, also named as GRVS638, JBTS29, MKS13, PRO1268. This gene encodes a transmembrane protein and component of the primary cilia transition zone. The encoded protein regulates ciliogenesis and ciliary protein composition. Human fibroblasts expressing a mutant allele of this gene exhibit reduced numbers of cilia, altered cilia length, and impaired sonic hedgehog signaling. In human patients, different mutations in this gene cause different ciliopathies, including Meckel-Gruber syndrome and orofaciodigital syndrome. [provided by RefSeq, May 2017].

    About Gmab

    GDU
    GDU

GMab, developed by GeneMedi, constitutes an advanced library of recombinant monoclonal antibodies, each meticulously designed to target specific molecular entities. Leveraging the sophisticated capabilities of GM’s Taurus™ and LIBRA™ platforms, GMab synthesizes antibodies characterized by high binding affinity, exceptional physicochemical stability, and optimal developability profiles.

Through expression in mammalian cell lines, GMab has been established as a paradigmatic reference antibody. It holds significance in myriad domains of biological drug discovery, encompassing cellular cultivation, innovative assay methodologies, strategic animal model systematization, in-depth pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling, and intricate mechanism of action (MOA) investigations.
