The target: EOGT, gene name: EOGT, also named as AER61, AOS4, C3orf641, EOGT. This gene encodes an enzyme that acts in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum to catalyze the transfer of N-acetylglucosamine to serine or threonine residues of extracellular-targeted proteins. This enzyme modifies proteins containing eukaryotic growth factor (EGF)-like domains, including the Notch receptor, thereby regulating developmental signalling. Mutations in this gene have been observed in individuals with Adams-Oliver syndrome 4. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2015].

    About Gmab

    GDU
    GDU

GMab, developed by GeneMedi, constitutes an advanced library of recombinant monoclonal antibodies, each meticulously designed to target specific molecular entities. Leveraging the sophisticated capabilities of GM’s Taurus™ and LIBRA™ platforms, GMab synthesizes antibodies characterized by high binding affinity, exceptional physicochemical stability, and optimal developability profiles.

Through expression in mammalian cell lines, GMab has been established as a paradigmatic reference antibody. It holds significance in myriad domains of biological drug discovery, encompassing cellular cultivation, innovative assay methodologies, strategic animal model systematization, in-depth pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling, and intricate mechanism of action (MOA) investigations.
