The target: BMPER, gene name: BMPER, also named as CRIM3, CV-2, CV2. This gene encodes a secreted protein that interacts with, and inhibits bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) function. It has been shown to inhibit BMP2- and BMP4-dependent osteoblast differentiation and BMP-dependent differentiation of the chondrogenic cells. Mutations in this gene are associated with a lethal skeletal disorder, diaphanospondylodysostosis. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2011].

    About Gmab

    GDU
    GDU

GMab, developed by GeneMedi, constitutes an advanced library of recombinant monoclonal antibodies, each meticulously designed to target specific molecular entities. Leveraging the sophisticated capabilities of GM’s Taurus™ and LIBRA™ platforms, GMab synthesizes antibodies characterized by high binding affinity, exceptional physicochemical stability, and optimal developability profiles.

Through expression in mammalian cell lines, GMab has been established as a paradigmatic reference antibody. It holds significance in myriad domains of biological drug discovery, encompassing cellular cultivation, innovative assay methodologies, strategic animal model systematization, in-depth pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling, and intricate mechanism of action (MOA) investigations.
