The target: IL36A, gene name: IL36A, also named as FIL1, FIL1(EPSILON), FIL1E, IL-1F6, IL1(EPSILON), IL1F6. The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that can activate NF-kappa-B and MAPK signaling pathways to generate an inflammatory response. The encoded protein functions primarily in skin and demonstrates increased expression in psoriasis. In addition, decreased expression of this gene has been linked to a poor prognosis in both hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal cancer patients. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2015].

    About Gmab

    GDU
    GDU

GMab, developed by GeneMedi, constitutes an advanced library of recombinant monoclonal antibodies, each meticulously designed to target specific molecular entities. Leveraging the sophisticated capabilities of GM’s Taurus™ and LIBRA™ platforms, GMab synthesizes antibodies characterized by high binding affinity, exceptional physicochemical stability, and optimal developability profiles.

Through expression in mammalian cell lines, GMab has been established as a paradigmatic reference antibody. It holds significance in myriad domains of biological drug discovery, encompassing cellular cultivation, innovative assay methodologies, strategic animal model systematization, in-depth pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling, and intricate mechanism of action (MOA) investigations.
