The target: RNF144A, gene name: RNF144A, also named as RNF144, UBCE7IP4, hUIP4. This gene encodes a member of a family of RING finger domain-containing E3 ubiquitin ligases that also includes parkin and parc. The expression of this gene is induced by DNA damage. The encoded protein interacts with the cytoplasmic DNA-dependent protein kinase, catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs) and promotes its degradation through ubiquitination. The orthologous mouse protein has been shown to interact with a ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme involved in embryonic development. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2017].

    About Gmab

    GDU
    GDU

GMab, developed by GeneMedi, constitutes an advanced library of recombinant monoclonal antibodies, each meticulously designed to target specific molecular entities. Leveraging the sophisticated capabilities of GM’s Taurus™ and LIBRA™ platforms, GMab synthesizes antibodies characterized by high binding affinity, exceptional physicochemical stability, and optimal developability profiles.

Through expression in mammalian cell lines, GMab has been established as a paradigmatic reference antibody. It holds significance in myriad domains of biological drug discovery, encompassing cellular cultivation, innovative assay methodologies, strategic animal model systematization, in-depth pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling, and intricate mechanism of action (MOA) investigations.
