The target: EFR3A, gene name: EFR3A, also named as . The protein encoded by this gene is part of a complex that plays a role in maintaining an active pool of phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase (PI4K) at the plasma membrane. This protein is thought to be a peripheral membrane protein that associates with the plasma membrane through palmitoylation. Studies indicate that this gene product plays a role in controlling G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) activity by affecting receptor phosphorylation. Whole exome sequencing studies have implicated mutations in this gene with autism spectrum disorders. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2016].

    About Gmab

    GDU
    GDU

GMab, developed by GeneMedi, constitutes an advanced library of recombinant monoclonal antibodies, each meticulously designed to target specific molecular entities. Leveraging the sophisticated capabilities of GM’s Taurus™ and LIBRA™ platforms, GMab synthesizes antibodies characterized by high binding affinity, exceptional physicochemical stability, and optimal developability profiles.

Through expression in mammalian cell lines, GMab has been established as a paradigmatic reference antibody. It holds significance in myriad domains of biological drug discovery, encompassing cellular cultivation, innovative assay methodologies, strategic animal model systematization, in-depth pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling, and intricate mechanism of action (MOA) investigations.
