CD16+ Cells primarily include Natural Killer (NK) cells and eosinophils, which are key effector cells of the innate immune system. They play crucial roles in antiviral responses, tumor cell killing, and allergic reactions, comprising 5-15% of peripheral blood mononuclear cells. CD16 (FcγRIII) is a low-affinity IgG receptor, highly expressed on the surface of NK cells and eosinophils.
