Diagnostic anti-Canine pancreatic lipase antibodies pairs and antigens for animal health (animal infectious disease ) testing in ELISA test, competitive ELISA test, blocking ELISA test, Lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA), colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay, Chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA), turbidimetric inhibition immuno assay (TINIA), and immunonephelometry
Catalog Number: GMP-AD-Pet-23
Definition of the disease: Canine and feline PANCREATIC LIPASE IMMUNOREACTIVITY (PLI, cPLI & fPLI) has been shown to be sensitive and specific for pancreatitis in both species and has the advantage of remaining raised long after the levels of TLI have decreased back into the reference range in pancreatitis cases. Chronic small intestine disease which is complicated by chronic pancreatitis is more common in cats than primary chronic pancreatitis and so in these cases Vitamin B12 and Folate concentrations should also be measured.
Genemedi produces core animal health diagnostic ingredients-validated antibodies pairs Mouse anti-Canine pancreatic lipase monoclonal antibodies and Canine pancreatic lipase antigens for rapid test kit of animal infectious disease with Canine pancreatic lipase to evaluate the animal health of pet.
The paired antibodies are both monoclonal antibody(mab).
All the antibodies and antiges of animal disease test are suitable for in functional ELISA, and other immunoassays in dignostics. The antibody can act as a capture antibody and detection antibody. Antigens are validated as positive control materials.

Antigen description | Feline calicivirus (FCV) is a highly contagious virus that causes a mild to severe respiratory infection and oral disease in cats. It is especially common in shelters and breeding colonies, and often infects young cats. Most cats recover completely after a calicivirus infection, but rare strains can be especially deadly. The virus poses no threat to humans. FCV belongs to a large family of viruses named Caliciviridae, whose members infect a wide range of vertebrate animals, including rabbits, livestock, reptiles, birds and amphibians. The human virus norovirus, which causes a brief but unpleasant gastrointestinal disease, is also a member of the Caliciviridae family. |
