CD66b+ cells mainly refer to neutrophils expressing the CD66b antigen, the most abundant type of white blood cells in the human immune system, accounting for approximately 50-70% of peripheral blood leukocytes, and playing a key role in innate immunity.
CD66b, also known as CD67, CGM6, and NCA-95, is a 95–100 kDa glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked protein expressed on neutrophils and eosinophils, but not on basophils or lymphocytes. Research Applications:
