Diagnostic anti-Bluetongue Virus (BTV) antibodies pairs and antigens for animal health (animal infectious disease ) testing in ELISA test, competitive ELISA test, blocking ELISA test, Lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA), colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay, Chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA), turbidimetric inhibition immuno assay (TINIA), and immunonephelometry
Catalog Number: GMP-AD-Ruminants-12
Definition of the disease: There are 29 different types (serotypes) of bluetongue virus (BTV) which can infect domestic animals such as sheep, goats, and cattle, along with wild animals like buffaloes, deer, antelope and camels. BTV belongs to the family Reoviridae, genus Orbivirus with 20 recognised species in the genus. It is a complex non-enveloped virus with a capsid and double stranded RNA genome consisting of 10 segments of different sizes.
Genemedi produces core animal health diagnostic ingredients-validated antibodies pairs Mouse anti-Bluetongue Virus (BTV) monoclonal antibody and Bluetongue Virus (BTV) antigens for rapid test kit of animal infectious disease with Bluetongue Virus (BTV) to evaluate the animal health of Ruminants.
The paired antibodies are both monoclonal antibody(mab).
All the antibodies and antiges of animal disease test are suitable for in functional ELISA, and other immunoassays in dignostics. The antibody can act as a capture antibody and detection antibody. Antigens are validated as positive control materials.

It is a soil-dwelling bacterium endemic in tropical and subtropical regions worldwide, particularly in Thailand and northern Australia. |
